Connect WooCommerce (webshop)
Let Noa answer “where is my parcel?” from your WooCommerce orders — connect in one click, or paste a read-only key yourself.
If you sell through WooCommerce, you can connect your shop to Telenoa. You then see the customer's orders next to the inquiry, Noa's reply drafts use the real status, and Noa can answer “where is my parcel?” on the phone. Telenoa only gets read access — nothing in your shop changes. It's free, and only an administrator can set it up.
You find it under Forbindelser → WooCommerce ("Connections → WooCommerce"). Your shop must use https.
Connect in one click
Enter your shop address
Enter the address, e.g. https://my-shop.com, and press Forbind (Connect).
Approve in WordPress
You're sent to your own shop. Log in to WordPress if asked, with a user who can manage WooCommerce, and press Approve. WooCommerce creates a key with Read access and sends it to Telenoa.
Back in Telenoa
You land in Telenoa again, and the card shows your shop's name. Done.
Or paste a key yourself
If one click doesn't work (for example because a security plugin blocks it), create the key yourself:
- In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key.
- Name it “Telenoa”, choose Permissions: Read, and press Generate API key.
- In Telenoa: open Eller indsæt en nøgle selv (Or paste a key yourself), and paste the Consumer key and Consumer secret. The secret is only shown once.
How Noa finds the order
- On the phone, Noa asks for the order number. She only talks about the order if the number calling, or the email the customer gives, is on the order.
- In inquiries, the customer is found by the email or phone number on their orders — and by their customer account, if they have one.
- Tracking shows when you use the Shipment Tracking extension.
To remove access completely, press Afbryd (Disconnect) in Telenoa and delete the “Telenoa” key under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
Telenoa uses one webshop at a time. If Shopify or Shoporama is connected, disconnect it first.
