Noa Voice: what we set up
A quick overview of what Telenoa sets up for you with Noa Voice, and what you control yourself.
Noa Voice (Noa's phone line) is turned on by us — you can't switch it on yourself. This page is a short overview of who does what. For the full page, see Noa Voice.
What Telenoa sets up
- Your number. We buy a phone number that is used only for you.
- Noa herself. We set her up with your greeting, opening hours and who she may transfer calls to, based on what you tell us.
- Turning it on. When it's ready, we tell you to forward your own number to the Noa number, and we help if you need it.
- Changes to number or voice, and cancelling. Click Skriv til os ("Write to us") on the Noa Voice page — these can't be done from the app.
What you control

On the Noa Voice page (Opsætning → Noa Voice, "Setup → Noa Voice"), an administrator can change:
- Noa tager telefonen ("Noa answers the phone") — turn it off to pause Noa, for example on a day you answer yourselves.
- Hilsen ("Greeting") — the first thing Noa says.
- Omstilling ("Transfers") — who Noa may transfer to, with name, phone, what they handle and when they can be reached.
- Åbningstider ("Opening hours") — for each weekday, or closed.
Click Gem ("Save") when you're done. See Noa Voice for the details.
Noa Voice is for administrators only. Everyone in the company can see the calls under Inquiries.
