Get started with phone and booking
The short path to letting Noa answer your phone — and, for restaurants, book a table while she's on the call.
Once Noa answers your emails, you can also let her answer your phone with Noa Voice (Noa's phone line). If you run a restaurant, you can connect easyTable so Noa can check availability and book a table during the call. This page is the overview; each step has its own page.
Before you start
Set Telenoa up first, so Noa knows who you are and can answer from your knowledge base. See The setup and Teach Noa about your business. The more Noa knows — opening hours, prices, the way you do things — the better she is on the phone.
The steps
Get Noa Voice
Noa Voice is an add-on, and we turn it on for you. Go to Opsætning → Noa Voice ("Setup → Noa Voice") and ask us to set it up. See Noa Voice — what we set up for what happens on our side and what you control.
Connect easyTable (restaurants)
If you take table bookings, create an API key in easyTable and paste it into Telenoa, so Noa can check availability and book a table on the call. See Connect easyTable.
Check your opening hours and transfers

On the Noa Voice page, set your greeting, your opening hours and who Noa may transfer calls to. See Noa Voice.
Where the calls show up

Every call becomes an inquiry in the inbox with a transcript and an outcome — a message taken, a booking made, a call transferred, or missed. See Calls.
You don't have to do it all at once. Noa Voice works without easyTable; she just offers to take a message instead of booking.
