Your first 15 minutes with Telenoa — from the activation email to your first inquiry.
Here is the path from purchase to Noa writing her first draft. Each step has its own page if you want more detail.
Activate your account (2 minutes)
After you buy on telenoa.com, you get an activation email. Click the link and choose a password. See Create an account.
Go through the setup (2–10 minutes)
The first time you log in, the setup starts on its own. Choose Hurtig opsætning ("Quick setup") if you want to get going fast, or Tilpas selv ("Customize") if you want to go step by step. See The setup.
Connect your inbox
Connect the email address your customers write to — Gmail, Microsoft 365 or another provider. New emails become inquiries. See Connect your email.
Teach Noa about your business
Let Noa read your website, and write down the things she can't find there — such as opening hours and prices. See Teach Noa about your business.
Invite your colleagues
Invite the people who will answer your customers. See Invite your team.
See your first inquiry
Once the first email has been fetched, it shows up under Henvendelser ("Inquiries") with a draft from Noa. Read it, edit it if you like, and send. See Inquiries.
You don't have to do everything at once. Anything you skip in the setup is listed on Overblik ("Overview") under Opsætning ("Setup"), so you can finish it later.
