Create an account
Buy Telenoa on telenoa.com, activate your account, and what happens when a trial ends.
You sign up for Telenoa on telenoa.com. Buying takes a couple of minutes. Afterwards you get an activation email so you can choose your password.

Choose a plan and billing period
Go to telenoa.com and start the sign-up. Choose Essential, Pro or Business, and choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gives you 20% off. You can always change your plan or billing period later. (Quarterly is no longer sold; if you already pay quarterly, it continues at your current price.)
Enter your details
Fill in your company name, your full name and the admin email. The admin email is the one you log in with, and it's where we send the activation email.
If a Telenoa account already exists with that email, you'll see a note below the field. Then you can log in instead — or use a different email.
Pay with Stripe
Check your details and continue to the secure payment page. Payment is handled by Stripe. If you cancel the payment, no money is taken, and your details are still there when you come back.
Activate your account
Once the payment has gone through, we send you an activation email. It can take up to 2 minutes — check your spam folder too. Click the link and choose a password of at least 8 characters. Then you're logged in, and the setup starts.
The activation link works for 7 days. If the email can't be sent, the receipt page shows the link directly, so you can get started anyway.
Plans and prices
Prices are per month in Danish kroner (DKK). All plans include unlimited inquiries. Credits are what Noa uses when she writes drafts.

If you need more than Business, email info@telenoa.com about Enterprise.
Kroner or euros
The currency follows your country: Danish companies pay in kroner, everyone else in euros — €13, €27 and €53 per month (Essential, Pro, Business), with the same 20% discount for yearly billing.
Trial
If you'd like to try Telenoa first, email info@telenoa.com and we'll set up a trial.
Three days before the trial ends, the administrators get an email, and a message appears at the top of the app: Din prøveperiode slutter om … dage ("Your trial ends in … days"). Press Vælg en plan ("Choose a plan") to continue without interruption.
If the trial ends without a plan being chosen, the account is paused. You'll see the page Prøveperiode udløbet ("Trial expired"):
- Nothing is deleted. Inquiries, categories and settings are right where you left them.
- Press Vælg en plan ("Choose a plan"), pick a plan and billing period, and pay with Stripe. The account then reopens with everything in it.
- Only an administrator can choose a plan. If you're a team member, ask an administrator to log in.
