Connect easyTable (table booking)
Let Noa check availability and book a table during a call — create an easyTable API key, paste it into Telenoa and test the connection.
If you take table bookings through easyTable, you can connect it to Telenoa so Noa checks available tables and books on the phone while the guest is on the line. Nothing else in easyTable changes. It's free for the restaurant, and only an administrator can set it up.
You find it under Forbindelser → easyTable ("Connections → easyTable") in the menu.
1. Create an API key in easyTable
Sign in to easyTable at my.easytable.com and open the API tab in your settings.
Create the key
Create a new API key. Give it these rights:
- Bookings and Customers — read and write (so Noa can look up guests and make the booking).
- Tables, Availability and Booking types — read (so Noa can see what's free).
Copy both values
Copy the API key and your Place token. You need both. The place token is a long code that looks like 1a2b3c4d-… and points to your restaurant.
2. Paste it into Telenoa
In Forbindelser → easyTable, paste the API-nøgle ("API key") and the Placetoken ("Place token") into the two fields and click Forbind ("Connect"). Telenoa checks the values straight away. If they're wrong, you'll see an error — copy them again from easyTable.
When it's connected, the card shows your restaurant's name and easyTable · bordbooking.
3. Test the connection
Click Test forbindelsen ("Test the connection"). This makes a real test booking, confirms it and deletes it again, so you can see that everything works end to end. On success you'll see "Forbindelsen virker" ("The connection works"). If it fails, go back through the steps below.
What easyTable needs for bookings to work
Noa can only book times that easyTable offers for online booking. Check these in easyTable:
Opening hours
Under General → Opening hours, set your opening hours and make sure the Online booking button is green. Without it, easyTable offers no online times, and Noa can only take a message.
At least one table
Under Tables and rooms, you need at least one table. No tables means nothing to book.
Table combinations for 3–10 people
A single table usually seats only 1–2 people. To let Noa book for 3–10 people, set up table combinations in easyTable. Without them, only parties of 1–2 can book online; larger parties get offered a message instead.
Online booking in easyTable is for 1–10 people. For larger parties, Noa offers to take a message so you can call back.
Your API key is secret. Paste it only into Telenoa's easyTable card. If you ever think it has leaked, create a new key in easyTable and connect again.
