Connect Shoporama (webshop)

Let Noa answer “where is my parcel?” from your Shoporama orders — create a read-only API key and paste it into Telenoa.

If you sell through Shoporama, you can connect your shop to Telenoa. You then see the customer's orders next to the inquiry, Noa's reply drafts use the real status, and Noa can answer “where is my parcel?” on the phone. Telenoa only gets read access — nothing in your shop changes. It's free, and only an administrator can set it up.

You find it under Forbindelser → Shoporama ("Connections → Shoporama").

Create an API key in Shoporama

In the Shoporama admin: Integrations → API Access → Create token. Name it “Telenoa” and choose Read-only access.

Paste it into Telenoa

Paste the key into Forbindelser → Shoporama and press Tjek og gem nøglen (Check and save). Telenoa checks it right away and shows your shop's name. No shop address is needed — the key belongs to your shop.

How Noa finds the order

  • On the phone, Noa asks for the order number — the one in the order confirmation. She only talks about the order if the number calling, or the email the customer gives, is on the order or on the customer's account.
  • In inquiries, the customer is found by email (their account or their orders).
  • Phone number alone is limited: Shoporama can't search customers by phone. If the customer checked out as a guest and the phone number isn't on the order, Noa can't confirm the order on the phone. She then offers to take a message — or the customer can give their email.
  • Tracking and carrier show when the order has a tracking number.

By default Shoporama allows a key 1,000 calls per day. That's enough for most shops. If you get many calls and inquiries, raise the limit for the key under Integrations → API Access.

Telenoa uses one webshop at a time. If Shopify or WooCommerce is connected, disconnect it first. To remove access completely, press Afbryd (Disconnect) in Telenoa and delete the key in Shoporama.
