Noa Voice billing
What Noa Voice costs, how extra minutes and the spend limit work, and how to buy, add or cancel the phone line.
Noa Voice costs DKK 695 per month incl. 300 minutes and VAT. It's billed monthly, with no lock-in. What Noa does on the phone is described under Noa Voice.
Buy Noa Voice
You can get Noa Voice in two ways:
- On its own. On telenoa.com, choose Kun telefonen ("Only the phone") when you sign up. You get the phone, a small inbox for calls and messages, up to 3 users and the knowledge base. Email and forms are not included. You can add a plan later.
- As an add-on to a plan. On telenoa.com, choose Mail, formularer og telefon ("Email, forms and phone"). If you already have a paid plan, an administrator clicks Tilføj Noa Voice · 695 kr./md. ("Add Noa Voice · DKK 695/mo") under Opsætning → Noa Voice or Opsætning → Plan og forbrug ("Setup → Plan and usage"). You choose a spend limit, see I dag betaler I ("Today you pay"), and pay with your saved card.
Noa Voice is its own subscription next to the plan. If your plan is monthly, it renews on the same day as the plan. See Billing and plans.
After you buy, we buy a number for you and set the line up within 1 working day. Then you forward your own number to Noa when we tell you to.
Minutes
The 300 included minutes reset each month on the day Noa Voice renews. Unused minutes don't carry over.
Extra minutes cost DKK 1.49 per minute incl. VAT. They're added to the next Noa Voice invoice.
Under Opsætning → Plan og forbrug ("Setup → Plan and usage"), Minutter ("Minutes") shows the minutes used of 300, how many extra minutes you've used, and what they cost so far. Administrators get an email and a banner when Noa has used 80 % and 100 % of the included minutes.
Spend limit for extra minutes
The Loft for ekstra minutter ("Cap for extra minutes") decides how much you can spend on extra minutes per month. You choose it when you buy, and you can change it any time under Plan og forbrug.

When the cap is reached, Noa still answers the phone, but only takes messages for the rest of the period. The bill never goes over the cap. A banner says Loftet for ekstra minutter er nået ("The cap for extra minutes is reached"), and administrators get an email. Click Hæv loftet ("Raise the cap") to let Noa continue as normal.
Cancel Noa Voice
Under Opsætning → Plan og forbrug ("Setup → Plan and usage") → Opsig abonnement ("Cancel subscription"), click Opsig ("Cancel") next to Noa Voice. It stops at the end of the period, and your plan continues unchanged. Until then you can click Genoptag ("Resume").
When Noa Voice stops, calls go straight to you again. Remember to remove the forwarding from your own number.

When a payment fails
If the payment for Noa Voice doesn't go through, Noa keeps answering the phone as normal while Stripe tries again for about 2 weeks. If the account is then paused, Noa only takes messages until the card is updated. See Plan and usage.
