Tone and rules
Decide how Noa sounds, how she signs off her mail, and what she must always or never say.
Under Opsætning → Noa-opsætning ("Setup → Noa setup") on the Sådan svarer hun ("How she replies") tab, you decide how Noa talks. The settings apply both to mail and on the phone.
Tone

Choose one of three:
- Kort ("Short"): short and to the point. Few words, no filler.
- Venlig ("Friendly"): friendly and welcoming, informal.
- Formel ("Formal"): formal and polite.
It is the same setting as Tone under Hvad hun må ("What she may do") on the Noa page. Change it in one place, and it changes in both.
Sign-off
In the Hilsen ("Sign-off") field, write how she ends her mails, for example:
Venlig hilsen
SnedkerietIt is saved when you click outside the field.
Rules
Rules are short instructions Noa follows in every reply. Write them the way you would tell a new colleague.
Type the rule in the field, for example Always mention that shipping is free over 500 kr., and click Tilføj ("Add"), or press ↵.
Move the most important ones to the top. Drag the rule, or use Flyt op ("Move up") and Flyt ned ("Move down"). The top one carries the most weight.
Edit or delete a rule with the buttons next to it. Everything saves automatically.
You can have up to 50 rules. If you have none yet, the page shows some examples you can start from.
What she must never write
There is no separate field for this. Write it as a rule that starts with never, for example:
- Never say "unfortunately". Say "we are looking into it".
- Never promise a delivery date before the warehouse has confirmed it.
- We say "du", not "De". (the informal and formal "you" in Danish)
If you correct her on the Noa page with Forkert ("Wrong"), she learns from that too. Those corrections are listed under Hvad hun lærte ("What she learned").
Try out a new rule with the Prøv Noa ("Try Noa") button at the top of the page before you let her reply on her own. It costs no credits, and nothing is sent.
