Billing and plans
What Telenoa costs, what each plan includes, how VAT and currency work, and how the plan and Noa Voice are billed as two subscriptions.
Telenoa has three plans for email and forms (Essential, Pro and Business) and one phone product, Noa Voice. You can buy a plan, Noa Voice on its own, or both. All prices include Danish VAT (moms), and there is no lock-in.
The plans
Inquiries are unlimited on every plan. What sets the plans apart is credits for Noa, users and sources.

- You pay monthly or yearly. Yearly saves 20 %. Quarterly billing is no longer sold. If you already pay quarterly, it keeps running at your current price.
- Enterprise (unlimited credits, users and sources) is agreed directly with us. Write to info@telenoa.com.
- Nonprofit is granted by us to approved organisations. It has all the manual features, but no Noa and no credits.
Noa Voice
Noa Voice lets Noa answer your phone. It costs DKK 695 per month including 300 minutes. Extra minutes cost DKK 1.49 per minute, up to a spend limit you choose. Noa Voice is always billed monthly.

Two subscriptions: plan and Noa Voice
If you have both a plan and Noa Voice, they are two separate subscriptions on the same card:
- Each one has its own renewal date and its own invoice.
- You can cancel one without touching the other. If you cancel the plan, the phone keeps running, and the other way round.
- A yearly plan and a monthly Noa Voice can run side by side. If your plan is monthly, Noa Voice renews on the same day as the plan.
Credits and credit packs
A credit is one thing Noa does for you, for example reading and sorting a new inquiry or writing a draft. Phone calls don't use credits.
- Credits reset when the plan renews. Unused credits don't carry over.
- If you run out, inquiries still come in, but Noa stops writing drafts until the period resets.
- You can buy 100 extra credits for DKK 129. The pack is used after your plan's credits and is valid for 12 months. See Plan and usage.
You get an email and a banner when you've used 80 % and 100 % of the month's credits.
VAT and currency
- All prices are shown including VAT. For a Danish business, 20 % of the amount is VAT, for example DKK 39.80 of DKK 199. The invoice shows the amount excluding VAT and the VAT separately.
- A business outside Denmark that doesn't pay Danish VAT (reverse charge, or outside the EU) pays the same amount, and then it's all net. The invoice says reverse charge.
- Currency follows the country: Danish businesses pay in kroner (DKK), all others in euros (EUR). Monthly prices in euros are €13, €27 and €53, and Noa Voice is €93.
- When you buy, the CVR or VAT number is optional. If you add it, it's printed on the invoice.
Trial
You can't start a trial yourself. If you'd like to try Telenoa first, write to info@telenoa.com or click Kontakt os ("Contact us") under Vil I prøve først? ("Want to try first?") on telenoa.com, and we'll set one up for you.
When a trial is about to end, administrators get an email and a banner: Din prøveperiode slutter om … dage ("Your trial ends in … days"). Click Vælg en plan ("Choose a plan") to continue without interruption.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. You can pay with card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) or Stripe Link. We never store card details.
- Your invoices are listed under Plan og forbrug ("Plan and usage"), where you can download them or have them emailed. See Plan and usage.
- We don't refund when you downgrade or cancel. You keep what you've paid for until the end of the period.
