Sources
Create and manage the places your inquiries come from — forms, widgets, WordPress and the API.
A source is where an inquiry comes from. Most often it's the contact form on your website. You find them under Opsætning → Kilder ("Setup → Sources").
Mail is not a source here. You connect mail accounts under Forbindelser → Mail ("Connections → Mail") — see Connect your mail.
The four kinds of sources
- Kontaktformular ("Contact form") — a form on your website that sends inquiries to Telenoa.
- Widget — a small button on your site that opens a short form.
- WordPress — a WordPress site connected with the Telenoa plugin.
- API — your own system sends inquiries using a key.
At the top of the page you see how many sources are active and how many inquiries have come in over the last 30 days. Click a source to see its latest inquiries and Sådan installerer du ("How to install").
Create a source
Click Ny kilde ("New source").
Choose Kontaktformular, Widget, WordPress or API.
Follow the steps. If you'd rather build the form visually, click Formularbyggeren ("Form builder") or Byg med Noa ("Build with Noa") at the bottom of the window.
How many active sources you can have depends on your plan: 3 on Essential, 15 on Pro, 50 on Business and unlimited on Enterprise.
The source menu
Click the three dots next to a source:
- Redigér formular ("Edit form") or Redigér widget ("Edit widget")
- Kopiér indlejringskode ("Copy embed code"), Kopiér API-nøgle ("Copy API key") or Kopiér widget-id ("Copy widget ID")
- Omdøb ("Rename")
- Sæt på pause ("Pause") / Genoptag ("Resume")
- Slet ("Delete")
For a WordPress site you see Åbn siden ("Open site") and Afbryd forbindelsen ("Disconnect") instead.
Pause or delete?
Pause a source when it shouldn't send anything right now. Inquiries that have already come in stay where they are, and you can resume it later. Resuming counts as adding a source, so you need room for it in your plan.
Delete removes the source for good. The form and the key stop working right away — including widgets and WordPress sites that send to it.
A source that has received inquiries can't be deleted, because its inquiries would disappear with it. Pause it instead.
A widget can always be deleted. The inquiries it has sent stay put.
Custom fields
The Egne felter ("Custom fields") tab is for fields beyond name, email and message — for example company, budget or preferred date.
Click Nyt felt ("New field"), give it a name, and choose a type (text, long text, choice, number, date, email, phone or link).
The key must match the field's name in the form. Then the value shows up neatly in the inquiry. See also Form builder.
Get help from Noa
Click Spørg Noa ("Ask Noa") at the top of the page. Noa can create forms, widgets and custom fields, and show you where the code goes on your site — WordPress, Wix, Shopify or something else entirely. She always asks before she creates or changes anything.
