Setup overview
See on one page whether mail, sources, categories, Noa, team and usage are set up and working.
Opsætning ("Setup") is where you run the company side of Telenoa: sources, categories, Noa, team, plan and settings. The first page, Overblik ("Overview"), is a checklist. It tells you whether everything is set up and whether anything has stopped working.
Only administrators can see Setup. You find it in the main menu under Opsætning.
How to read the page
At the top is one sentence that sums it all up, for example "Alt kører" ("Everything is running") or "Én ting mangler, før alt er sat op" ("One thing is missing before everything is set up"). Below it are six items. The ones that need you come first:
- Virker ikke ("Not working") — something has stopped, for example a mail account that can't fetch mail, or credits that have run out.
- Mangler ("Missing") — something isn't set up yet, for example no mail account or no categories.
- Værd at se på ("Worth a look") — it works, but there is something to check, for example categories without a group.
- Ikke tjekket ("Not checked") — the item couldn't be checked right now. Try again in a moment.
- På plads ("All set") — everything is fine. These items are collapsed when there are other things to look at.
Each item has a button on the right, for example Forbind mail ("Connect mail"), Opret kategorier ("Create categories") or Se planer ("See plans"). It takes you straight to the right place.
The six items

| Sources | Whether there is a form, widget or mail account inquiries can come in from, and whether your sources have sent anything in the last 30 days. |
| Categories | Whether you have categories, and whether each category has a group that looks after it. |
| Noa | Whether Noa has a knowledge base, whether autopilot is paused, and whether she has been missing answers to questions. |
| Team | Whether any invitations have expired, and whether all seats in your plan are used. |
| Plan and usage | How many credits you have used this period. At 80 % the item turns into "Worth a look". |
Ask Noa
At the bottom is Spørg Noa om opsætningen ("Ask Noa about the setup") with a suggested question that fits whatever is at the top of the list. Click it, and Noa opens and answers.
The Telefon ("Phone") item shows "Kommer snart" ("Coming soon") on the Overview. Noa Voice (Noa's phone line) has its own item in the menu.
