Widget
Add a contact button to your website that opens a short form — with one line of code.
A widget is a bubble in the corner of your website. When a customer clicks it, a short form opens. The inquiries land in your inbox as if they came from a form.
A widget always sends to a form, so you need at least one form under Sources first.

Create a widget
Go to Opsætning → Kilder ("Setup → Sources") and choose the Widgets tab. Click Ny widget ("New widget").
Give it a Navn ("Name" — only you see it), and under Sender til formularen ("Sends to the form"), choose which form the inquiries should belong to.
Choose Placering ("Position"), Farve ("Colour"), Felter ("Fields") and Tekster ("Texts"). The preview on the right shows the widget straight away.
Click Opret widget ("Create widget"). You get one line of code for your site.
Settings
- Placering ("Position") — Højre hjørne ("Right corner"), Venstre hjørne ("Left corner") or På siden ("On the page"). With On the page there is no bubble; the form sits open on the page.
- Farve ("Colour") — the colour of the bubble and the button.
- Felter ("Fields") — name, email, phone and subject, plus your custom fields. Email and message are always included.
- Tekster ("Texts") — Tekst på boblen ("Bubble text"), Overskrift ("Heading"), Undertekst ("Subheading"), Tak-overskrift ("Thank-you heading") and Tak-besked ("Thank-you message").
Put it on your site
Click Kopiér kode ("Copy code") next to the widget.
Paste the code just before </body> on the pages where the widget should show. On most platforms this is called "custom code in the footer".
Reload the page. The bubble appears, and inquiries land in your inbox.
In the three-dot menu you'll also find Installér på hjemmesiden ("Install on website"), with instructions for the different platforms. If you use WordPress, you can pick the widget directly in the plugin. See WordPress.
If you edit the widget later, you don't need to change the code on your site. The changes come through by themselves within a few minutes.
Turn off and delete
In the three-dot menu you can choose Slå fra ("Turn off"), Slå til ("Turn on") or Slet ("Delete"). If you delete a widget, it disappears from the pages where the code is. Inquiries that have already come in stay put.
