Calendar
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so Noa can book appointments on the phone and suggest free times in drafts, and set your booking rules.
Connect your calendar under Forbindelser → Kalender ("Connections → Calendar") in the menu. Only administrators can connect it.
Connect
Click Google Kalender ("Google Calendar") or Outlook / Microsoft 365.
Log in and approve access. You're then sent back to Telenoa, and it says Kalenderen er forbundet ("The calendar is connected").
Under Book i ("Book in"), choose the calendar Noa should use. She looks at busy times there and puts new appointments there.
Booking rules
Under Bookingregler ("Booking rules") you decide when appointments can be booked and how long they are. The rules apply everywhere the calendar is booked.
- Varighed ("Duration") — from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Pause mellem aftaler ("Break between appointments") — none, or 5 to 30 minutes.
- Tidligst ("Earliest") — how soon an appointment can be booked, from Med det samme ("Right away") to 2 dage før ("2 days before").
- Højst ("At most") — how far ahead, from 7 to 90 days.
- Bookingtider ("Booking hours") — the times on each weekday when Noa may book. Switch a day off, and it says Ingen tider ("No times"). Times are in 24-hour format.

Where the calendar is used
- On the phone — with Noa Voice, Noa finds a free time and books the appointment while the customer is on the line.
- In drafts — when a customer asks for a meeting, Noa suggests 2–3 free times in the draft. She doesn't book anything from a draft.
If it stops working
If the status says Kræver login ("Login required"), access has expired. Click Forbind igen ("Reconnect"). To disconnect, click Afbryd ("Disconnect").
