Slack and Microsoft Teams
Get a short message in a Slack or Teams channel when a new inquiry, call or booking comes in.
Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams under Forbindelser ("Connections") in the menu. Messages go to one channel through a webhook. You choose the channel when you create the webhook.
Slack
Go to api.slack.com/apps, click Create New App → From scratch, and choose your workspace.
Under Incoming Webhooks, switch it on, click Add New Webhook, and choose the channel.
Copy the address that starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/, paste it under Webhook-adresse ("Webhook address") in Telenoa, and click Gem ("Save").
Microsoft Teams
In Teams, click ⋯ next to the channel, choose Workflows, and pick Send webhook alerts to a channel.
Give the flow a name, choose the team and channel, and save.
Copy the webhook address, paste it under Webhook-adresse ("Webhook address") in Telenoa, and click Gem ("Save").
Click Send testbesked ("Send test message") to check that it works.
What is sent
Under Hvad der sendes ("What is sent") you choose what triggers a message:
- Nye henvendelser ("New inquiries") — from forms, the widget, email and the API. On by default. You can limit it to Kun høj prioritet ("High priority only") or to certain Kategorier ("Categories").
- Opkald til Noa, der kræver en medarbejder ("Calls to Noa that need a staff member") — on by default.
- Bookinger fra Noa ("Bookings from Noa") — on by default.
- SMS'er fra Noa ("Texts from Noa") — off by default.
A message only contains the title, the name, the category and a link to Telenoa. The customer's message itself is never sent to the channel. At most 20 messages are sent per channel every 10 minutes.
To disconnect, click Afbryd ("Disconnect") in the panel.
