e-conomic and Billy
Connect your accounting system so you can see whether the sender is a customer and whether their invoices are paid.
Connect your accounting system under Forbindelser ("Connections") in the menu. Telenoa only reads customers and invoices. You can connect one accounting system at a time.
e-conomic
Open e-conomic and click Forbind ("Connect").
Log in to e-conomic as a user with access to the accounts, and approve that Telenoa may read customers and invoices.
You're sent back to Telenoa, and it says e-conomic er forbundet ("e-conomic is connected").
Only booked invoices are shown.
Billy
Log in to Billy and go to Indstillinger → Adgangstokens ("Settings → Access tokens").
Create a new access token, for example called "Telenoa", and copy it.
In Telenoa, open Billy, paste it under Adgangsnøgle fra Billy ("Access token from Billy"), and click Tjek og gem nøglen ("Check and save the key").
Only approved invoices are shown.
Where the invoices are used
- Inquiries — a Regnskab ("Accounting") card in the inquiry shows whether the sender is a customer, their open and overdue invoices, and the latest ones.
- Noa's drafts — Noa can answer questions about an invoice.
- On the phone — with Noa Voice, the caller gives the invoice number, and Noa can tell them whether it's paid.
To disconnect, click Afbryd ("Disconnect") in the panel.
