Home

The home page shows what Noa did today, what is waiting for you, and how things are going.

Hjem ("Home") is the page you land on when you log in. It is built to be read in the morning: first what Noa has handled, then what is waiting for you, and finally the numbers.

The home page with Noa's briefing, key figures and the Waiting for you list

Noa's briefing

At the top is a short sentence from Noa, for example "Noa has replied to 12, handled 7 on her own, taken 4 calls and booked 2 today. 23 need you, and drafts are ready for 17 of them." It is built from today's real numbers, and only the parts with something in them are included.

  • On a brand-new account, it says that nothing has come in yet.
  • Autopilot kører ("Autopilot is on") appears when Noa is allowed to reply on her own in at least one category.
  • Noa taler nu ("Noa is talking now") appears while Noa is on the phone (requires Noa Voice, Noa's phone line).
  • If Noa has paused auto-reply for a category after your corrections, it shows here with a link to Hvad hun må ("What she may do"). See Auto-reply.

The Spørg Noa ("Ask Noa") button (or ⌘J / Ctrl J) opens a chat with Noa right here on the page. See Ask Noa.

If something is missing from your setup, such as a mail account or a form, the home page shows a card with the next step. If a mail account has an error, it shows as a line with Ret det ("Fix it").

Waiting for you

The Venter på dig ("Waiting for you") list shows the inquiries that need a human: the first six, with the real total in the counter. Each row has the name, a short reason and the time. The reason can be, for example, Udkast klar ("Draft ready"), Mangler oplysninger ("Missing information"), Noa vil have dig på ("Noa wants you on this"), Lav sikkerhed ("Low confidence") or Ikke åbnet ("Not opened").

The buttons on a row:

  • Se udkast ("See draft") expands Noa's draft. Only once you have seen it does Send svar ("Send reply") appear. You can also choose Ret i indbakken ("Edit in the inbox") to edit the text first.
  • Ring tilbage ("Call back") appears on calls and dials the number directly.
  • The checkmark (Markér som klaret, "Mark as done") closes the inquiry without a reply. You can undo it for a moment afterwards.
  • The arrow (Åbn sagen, "Open the inquiry") or Se sagen ("See the inquiry") opens it.

When a reply has been sent, it says Sendt · Noa lærte af det ("Sent · Noa learned from it"), and the row slides away. An unchanged draft that you send counts as a "right" for Noa in that category.

In the top right of the list is Vis alle ("Show all") or Åbn indbakken ("Open the inbox"), which takes you to Inquiries.

An inquiry you have replied to disappears from the list. If the customer writes again, it comes back.

Key figures and chart

Pick a period in the top right: I dag ("Today"), 7 dage ("7 days") or 30 dage ("30 days"). Three cards show:

  • Nye henvendelser ("New inquiries"): how many came in during the period.
  • Tid til første svar ("Time to first reply"): the median for mail replies sent from Telenoa.
  • Klaret af Noa ("Handled by Noa"): how large a share Noa handled on her own.

Under each number you see the change compared with the previous period. The Henvendelser ("Inquiries") chart can show I alt ("Total"), Klaret af Noa ("Handled by Noa") or Klaret af jer ("Handled by you"). Next to it are the tabs Seneste fra Noa ("Latest from Noa", what she just did) and Autopilot (how far each category is from replying on its own).

You find more numbers under Statistics.
