Multiple businesses

One login for several businesses — how to switch between them, and what applies in each.

If you belong to several businesses — for example because you own two, or help a client — you use the same login for all of them. You work in one business at a time and switch with a click.

Join another business

An administrator in the other business invites you using your email address. If you already have an account, you're added right away and don't need to choose a new password. See Invite your team.

Switch business

The business switcher at the top of the sidebar with two businesses

Click the business name at the top of the menu on the left.

Choose the business you want to switch to. Each business shows how many members it has, and there's a check mark next to the one you're in now.

The app reloads and opens the home page in the new business.

With the menu open, you can also press ⌘1–⌘9 on a Mac (Ctrl+1–9 on Windows) — or just 1–9 — to switch to business number 1–9 on the list.

If you're an administrator, the same menu also has Indstillinger for virksomheden ("Business settings") and Inviter kolleger ("Invite colleagues").

See your businesses and roles

Open the profile menu, choose Profil ("Profile"), and go to Virksomheder ("Businesses"). Here you'll see every business you belong to and your role in each. It also shows who manages your role in the business you're in now. If you have several businesses, you can press Skift virksomhed ("Switch business") from here.

What applies per business

  • Your role. You can be an administrator in one place and a team member in another.
  • Inquiries, email accounts, Noa and settings. Everything belongs to the business you're in. Nothing is shared across businesses.
  • Your name, picture, language and login follow you in all your businesses.

If your account is deactivated, that applies to the whole account, and you can't log in to any of the businesses. If you're removed from a business instead, you only lose access there and keep your account in the others.
