Errors and references
What an error message in Telenoa tells you, what the reference code is for, and how to send it to support.
When something goes wrong in Telenoa, the message tells you three things: what happened, why, and what you can do now. Often there's a button that does it for you.
How an error looks
An error appears as a small message at the bottom of the screen, or as a full page if a whole page can't be shown. It has:
- A title — what happened, for example Kortet blev afvist ("The card was declined").
- A short explanation — why, and what to do.
- A button, if there's one thing to do: Prøv igen ("Try again"), Genindlæs ("Reload"), Log ind igen ("Log in again"), Se planer ("See plans"), Til forsiden ("Go home") or Skriv til os ("Contact us").
- A reference, if the error happened on our side, for example
Reference K7Q2-9XMD.
The reference code
The reference is a short code in two groups of four characters, for example K7Q2-9XMD. It only appears on errors that happened on our servers. With it, we can find exactly that error in our logs.
Click Kopiér ("Copy") next to the reference, or write it down.
Click Skriv til os ("Contact us"). A support case opens with the reference already filled in.
Write in a sentence what you were doing when it happened, and send the case.

Always send the reference to support when you have one. It's the fastest way for us to find out what went wrong.
Common messages

| Du er logget ud ("You're logged out") | Your session expired, and nothing was saved. Click Log ind igen ("Log in again"). |
| Kun administratorer kan gøre det ("Only administrators can do this") | Ask an administrator in your company, or ask for the role. |
| Ingen ledige pladser ("No free seats") | Members and pending invitations both count. Withdraw an invitation, or upgrade. See Team. |
| Planen har ikke plads til mere ("Your plan has no room for more") | You've used what your plan includes. Nothing was deleted. Click Se planer ("See plans"). |
| Credits er brugt op i denne periode ("Credits are used up for this period") | Noa pauses drafts until the period resets. Buy 100 credits or upgrade under Plan and usage. |
| Kortet blev afvist ("The card was declined") | Nothing has changed. Change the card under Betaling og fakturaer ("Payment and invoices") and try again. |
| Stripe svarer ikke lige nu ("Stripe isn't responding right now") | Nothing changed and nothing was charged. Try again in a moment. |
| Du er offline ("You're offline") | Check your internet connection, then click Prøv igen ("Try again"). |
