MCP: Telenoa in Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Telenoa to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools so they can search your inquiries, create contacts and teach Noa.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a shared way to give AI tools access to other systems. With Telenoa's MCP server you can, for example, ask Claude: "Which quote requests haven't we answered this week?" — and Claude finds them in Telenoa.
What you need
- The address:
https://app.telenoa.com/api/mcp - An API key from Forbindelser → API og webhooks ("Connections → API and webhooks"). Create a key just for the AI tool, and give it only the access it needs. See API keys.
- The key is sent as the header
Authorization: Bearer tln_live_….
The tools
The AI tool only sees the tools the key has access to.
| Tool | Does | Access |
|---|---|---|
soeg_henvendelser | Searches inquiries with free text and filters | henvendelser:read |
laes_henvendelse | Reads one inquiry with the whole email thread | henvendelser:read |
opret_kontakt | Creates a contact (or finds the existing one) | kontakter:write |
laeg_viden_ind | Adds a note to the knowledge base for Noa | viden:write |
hent_opkald | Gets Noa's latest calls, or one with its transcript | opkald:read |
noa_linje | Shows Noa Voice's status, number and this month's numbers | noa:read |
The MCP server can't send emails to your customers. Replies are sent from the app or with the API.

No key needed here: you sign in with your Telenoa account, and the assistant gets your role. See Use Telenoa in ChatGPT and Claude.
Others
Use a tool that supports MCP over HTTP ("streamable HTTP") with a fixed header. Enter the address and header as above.
Good to know
- Everything the AI tool reads and writes belongs to your own company. The key can't see anyone else's data.
- Calls via MCP count towards the key's limit of 60 calls per minute.
- What the AI tool reads is sent to the tool you use. Only give access to what you're comfortable with.
- Revoke the key under API og webhooks when you no longer use the tool.
